Creating Agentic AI Expert Assist assets

The Agentic AI Expert Assist in Zoom Contact Center allows admins to create and manage reusable content assets that guide agents during live interactions. These assets such as rich text, curated guides, and engagement notes help deliver consistent, context-aware assistance across customer engagements.

How to create an Agentic AI Expert Assist asset

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin or a role with permission to edit AI Studio and AI Expert Assist settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click AI Studio then AI Expert Assist.
  3. Next to AI Expert Assist, click the down arrow and select AI Expert Assist Agentic.
  4. Under Assets, click Add asset.
  5. Under Asset type, select the type of asset you want to create:
  6. Enter a name for the asset.
  7. Select the asset language.
  8. Configure the asset.
  9. Click Add.
  10. Click Save.
