Enabling or disabling IP address access control in whiteboard

IP address access control allows account owners and admins to restrict whiteboard access to users whose IP addresses match configured allowed ranges. This feature works alongside existing sharing permissions for enhanced security.

Common use cases include restricting internal access to users connected to a company VPN with an allowed IP address, or setting global whiteboard permissions while limiting access to specific IP ranges.
