Integrating Salesloft with Zoom Auto Dialer
The Salesloft integration for Zoom Auto Dialer allows data to be synced between the platforms for streamlined access to contacts. Data flows can be controlled by administrators, allowing for fine tuning of resource mapping between applications. Contacts can also be synced between Zoom Auto Dialer and Salesloft via sequences. Once enabled and configured, this tool improves the data synchronization and usability for Zoom Auto Dialer.
Requirements for integrating Salesloft with Zoom Auto Dialer
- Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Zoom Phone standalone account
- Account owner or admin privileges; or relevant privilege to configure Salesloft with Zoom Auto Dialer
- Zoom Auto Dialer add-on for Zoom Phone
- Zoom desktop app for Windows, macOS, or Linux: Global minimum version or higher
How to integrate Salesloft with Zoom Auto Dialer
Enabling the Salesloft Integration
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as a user with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation pane, click Account Management, then Account Settings.
- Click the Revenue Accelerator tab, then click Dialer.
- In the integration enablement section, under Salesloft, click Connect.
You will be taken to a Salesloft page to authorize Zoom. - In the Authorization required window, click Authorize.
Salesloft for Zoom Auto Dialer will be enabled for your account.
Configure the Salesloft Integration
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as a user with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation pane, click Account Management, then Account Settings.
- Click the Revenue Accelerator tab, then click Dialer.
- In the integration enablement section, under Salesloft, click Configure.
You will be taken to the Salesloft configuration page. - Configure Salesloft using the following options:
- Fields: Add or remove Salesloft fields synced between Auto Dialer and Salesloft.
- Disposition Type Mapping: Map dispositions from Salesloft to existing Zoom Auto Dialer dispositions types. The left column features Salesloft dispositions while the right column features the Zoom Auto Dialer disposition types.
- Call Scenario to Disposition Mapping: Map an existing Zoom Auto Dialer call scenario (e.g., Voicemail dropped, Call stopped, etc.) to an Salesloft disposition.
- Click Save.
Your configurations will be saved. Once your disposition mappings are saved, they will be available as disposition options during live calls.
Disconnect the Salesloft integration
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as a user with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation pane, click Account Management, then Account Settings.
- Click the Revenue Accelerator tab, then click Dialer.
- In the integration enablement section, under Salesloft, click Disconnect.
A pop-up will appear. - (Optional) In the pop-up that appears, click Remove all Salesloft data from Zoom Auto Dialer to delete all Salesloft-related data from Zoom once the integration is disconnected.
Note: This cannot be undone. - Click Disconnect.
Your Salesloft integration will be disconnected.
Connect the Salesloft integration at the user level
- Access Zoom Auto Dialer.
- Click the left platform dropdown, then click Connect next to the Salesloft integration in the dropdown.
You will be taken to an Salesloft page to connect Salesloft and Zoom Auto Dialer. - In the Authorization required pop-up, click Authorize.
The Salesloft integration will be authorized.
Disconnect the Salesloft integration at the user level
- Connect Salesloft for Zoom Auto Dialer as a user.
- Access Zoom Auto Dialer.
- Click the left platform dropdown, then click Salesloft.
- Next to the right call list dropdown, click the disconnect [x] icon to disconnect the Salesloft integration.
Use the Salesloft integration with Zoom Auto Dialer
- Connect Salesloft for Zoom Auto Dialer as a user.
- Access Zoom Auto Dialer.
- Click the left platform dropdown, then click Salesloft.
- Click the right call list dropdown and select the sequence you wish to view.
The selected sequence will populate the call list.
Switch to CRM/CSV/API contacts
- Access Zoom Auto Dialer.
- Click the left platform dropdown, then click CRM/CSV/API to import contacts from a CRM, a CSV, or via API.
- (Optional) Switch back to Salesloft contacts by clicking the left platform dropdown again and choosing Salesloft.
