Using Zoom Meetings for Dynamics
Zoom Meetings for Dynamics is a Zoom Marketplace app that connects Zoom with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM), allowing customer-facing agents to manage meetings without switching between applications. With this integration, agents can start instant meetings, schedule Zoom meetings, and automatically sync post-meeting data — including an AI-generated summary — directly to Dynamics 365 activity records. This helps reduce manual data entry, improve compliance logging, and streamline customer call workflows.
