Enabling or disabling importing files and uploading attachments to documents

Enabling the Allow users to import files and upload attachments to documents feature allows users to import files/upload attachments to their documents in addition to using the built-in elements. By default, this is enabled for most accounts, but account owners and administrators can enable or disable it for certain users or user groups, or for the entire account.
