Managing your Bonsai subscription
If you purchased your Bonsai subscription through Zoom, all subscription management, including viewing plan details, updating billing information, and cancelling your plan, is handled directly through your Zoom account.

How to access Zoom billing from Bonsai
You can navigate directly to your Zoom billing settings from within your Bonsai account.
- In your Bonsai account, open your settings and click the Plan & Billing tab.
- Click the Zoom billing portal link to open your subscription details in your Zoom account.
How to cancel your Bonsai plan
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Plans and Billing then Plan Management.
All of your plans will be listed with their renewal dates. - To the right of your Bonsai plan, click Manage.
The Manage Plan window will appear. - In the Manage Plan window, click Cancel Plan.
- Review the confirmation window, which will show the cancellation terms and when the cancellation takes effect.
- Click Confirm Your Cancellation to complete the cancellation.
You'll receive an email confirming the change.
