Understanding indexing capacity per license

Indexing capacity is the total amount of data that Agentic Search can store, process, and make searchable from your connected data sources. This includes content such as documents, tickets, and records that users can query through unified search.

Indexing capacity is pooled at the account level. Each licensed user contributes a set amount to the shared pool based on their plan tier:
For example, an account with 50 seats on the $5/user/month plan has a total pool of 5 GB.

If your account reaches its indexing limit, new data will not be indexed until you add more capacity. Admins can purchase additional capacity in 100 MB increments using AI credits, monitor current usage, and set optional overage limits from the admin dashboard.
