Using Webex with Zoom Scheduler
You can connect your Webex account to Zoom Scheduler so that booking pages automatically generate a Webex meeting link when someone books a meeting with you. This is useful if your clients or organization use Webex as their primary video conferencing platform.
Requirements for using Webex with Zoom Scheduler
- Zoom Scheduler account (basic or paid plan)
- Webex account
How to connect Webex
Connect your Webex account to Zoom Scheduler to automatically generate Webex meeting links for your bookings. Once connected, Scheduler will use your Webex account to create meeting links when attendees book time with you.
- Sign in to Zoom Scheduler.
- In the left navigation, click Integrations.
- Find the Webex card and click Connect.
A Webex sign-in window will open. - Sign in with the Webex account you want to use and grant Scheduler the requested permissions.
The Webex card will update to show your account as connected.
Notes:
- Only one Webex account can be connected at a time. To switch accounts, disconnect the existing one first, then connect the new account.
- Disconnecting will prevent future bookings from using this service. Previously generated meeting links and booking records will be retained in accordance with Zoom's data retention policies, as described in our Privacy Statement. To remove them, delete the associated scheduled events.
How to use Webex on a booking page

Every booking made on that page will automatically include a Webex meeting link in the confirmation email and calendar invite.
Notes:
- Invitees don't need a Webex account to join. Webex meeting links can be joined as a guest from a supported browser.
- Each booking page has its own video conferencing setting. You can use Webex on some booking pages and Zoom on others, mix and match providers across your booking pages as needed.
