Using Webex with Zoom Scheduler

You can connect your Webex account to Zoom Scheduler so that booking pages automatically generate a Webex meeting link when someone books a meeting with you. This is useful if your clients or organization use Webex as their primary video conferencing platform.

How to connect Webex

Connect your Webex account to Zoom Scheduler to automatically generate Webex meeting links for your bookings. Once connected, Scheduler will use your Webex account to create meeting links when attendees book time with you.

  1. Sign in to Zoom Scheduler.
  2. In the left navigation, click Integrations.
  3. Find the Webex card and click Connect.
    A Webex sign-in window will open.
  4. Sign in with the Webex account you want to use and grant Scheduler the requested permissions.
    The Webex card will update to show your account as connected.

How to use Webex on a booking page

Once your Webex account is connected, you can set Webex as the meeting location on any booking page.

  1. Sign in to Zoom Scheduler.
  2. In the left navigation, click Booking Pages, then open the booking page you want to update or create a new one.
  3. In the booking page settings, click the Hosts tab and then scroll down to the How you'll meet section.
  4. Select Webex.
  5. Click Finish to save your booking page.
    Every booking made on that page will automatically include a Webex meeting link in the confirmation email and calendar invite.

How to disconnect Webex

Disconnect your Webex account from Zoom Scheduler if you no longer want to use it as a meeting location provider for your bookings.

  1. Sign in to Zoom Scheduler.
  2. In the left navigation, click Integrations.
  3. Find the Webex card and click Disconnect.
    Disconnecting Webex will affect any booking pages set to use it as the meeting location. Those pages will stop generating Webex links until you reconnect or select a different provider.

How to reconnect your Webex account

If your Webex connection is lost, for example, because you changed your password or revoked Scheduler's permissions, Zoom Scheduler will no longer be able to generate Webex links for new bookings. You'll need to reconnect to restore access.
  1. Sign in to Zoom Scheduler.
  2. In the left navigation, click Integrations.
  3. Find the Webex card and click Reconnect.
  4. Sign in to your Webex account again to restore the connection.

How to remove Webex from Zoom App Marketplace

To fully revoke Zoom Scheduler's access to your Webex account, you can remove the app from the Zoom App Marketplace:
  1. Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. In the top-right corner, click Manage.
  3. In the left navigation, click Added Apps.
  4. Find the Webex app and click Remove.
  5. (Optional) Select a reason for removal, then click Remove.
