Enabling or disabling cloud recording for Zoom Clips
Account owners and admins can control whether users are allowed to add cloud recordings to Zoom Clips. When this setting is enabled, meeting hosts can create and share clips from full or partial cloud-recorded meetings externally through Zoom Clips. This feature can be managed at both the account level and the group level. Admins can also lock the setting to prevent users from modifying it.

Requirements for enabling or disabling cloud recordings for Zoom Clips
- Basic, Legacy Enterprise, Zoom Workplace Pro or higher, Zoom Meeting EDU, Zoom Workplace for Education, Healthcare new and Online BAA
- Account owner or admin privileges to modify settings at the account or group level
- Clips enabled
How to enable or disable cloud recordings for Zoom Clips
Enable or disable cloud recordings to Zoom Clips for the entire account
This setting allows account owners or admins to enable or disable Allow users to add cloud recordings to Zoom Clips for all users in the account. When enabled, meeting hosts in your account can share their full meetings or portions of meetings recorded to the cloud externally as clips.
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management, then Account Settings.
- Click the Recording tab.
- Under Integration, click the Allow users to add cloud recordings to Zoom Clips toggle to enable or disable it.
- (Optional) Click the lock icon to prevent your users from changing the setting.
- (Optional) For more customization, review additional Zoom Clips settings and enable or disable them as needed.
Add cloud recordings to Zoom Clips for a group of users
This setting allows account owners or admins to enable or disable Allow users to add cloud recordings to Zoom Clips for a group of users in the account. When enabled, meeting hosts in the group can share their full meetings or portions of meetings recorded to the cloud externally as clips.

- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click User Management, then Groups.
- Click the applicable group name.
- Click the Recording tab.
- Click the Allow users to add cloud recordings to Zoom Clips toggle to enable or disable it.
- (Optional) Click the lock icon to prevent your users from changing the setting.
- (Optional) For more customization, review additional Zoom Clips settings and enable or disable them as needed.
