Enabling or disabling auto opt-out from call queue after logging out from Zoom
The auto opt-out from call queue feature automatically removes Zoom Phone users from their call queues when they sign out of Zoom, and opts them back when they sign in again. This is useful for shift workers who use a single device to answer calls, as it enables live analytics dashboards to accurately reflect the number of available agents. Without this feature, signed-out users may still appear as available in real-time reports, making it difficult for admins to manage call queues effectively.
Requirements for enabling or disabling auto opt-out from call queue after logging out from Zoom
- Either a Zoom Workplace license with Zoom Phone included, or a standalone Zoom Phone calling plan
- Account owner or admin privileges
- Users must be using a single device to receive calls
Limitations of enabling or disabling auto opt-out from call queue after logging out from Zoom
This feature only applies when a user is signed in to one device. It doesn't support scenarios where a user is signed in to multiple devices simultaneously.
