Adding other video conferencing options to your Zoom Scheduler bookings

Zoom Scheduler lets you offer meetings using video conferencing platforms other than Zoom. If your clients or invitees prefer a different tool, you can connect that service to Scheduler and set it as the meeting location on your booking pages. When someone books a time, a meeting link from that provider is automatically generated and included in the confirmation.

Zoom Scheduler currently supports the following third-party video conferencing providers:

How to connect a third-party video conferencing provider

Before you can use a third-party provider as a meeting location, you need to connect your account for that provider in Zoom Scheduler. Each provider requires its own separate connection. You can connect one account per provider, one Google account, one Microsoft account, and one Webex account.

For step-by-step instructions, follow the guide for your preferred provider:

Note: Continue to the next section after connecting your provider.

How to set the meeting location on a booking page

After connecting a provider, you can select it as the meeting location for any of your booking pages. Every booking on that page will then automatically include a meeting link from that provider.

  1. Sign in to Zoom Scheduler.
  2. In the left navigation, click Booking Pages, then open the booking page you want to update.
  3. In the booking page settings, click the Hosts tab and then scroll down to the How you'll meet section.
  4. Select the connected third-party provider as the video conferencing option.
The provider will be used to automatically generate a meeting link for every booking on this page.
  5. Click Finish to save your changes.

Note: Continue to the next section if you'd like to let invitees choose from multiple video conferencing options.

How to offer multiple video conferencing options

Instead of locking a booking page to a single provider, you can give your invitees the flexibility to choose their preferred platform at the time of booking. For example, you can offer Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex. When an invitee books, they'll be prompted to select their preferred platform, and a meeting link for that provider will be automatically generated.
  1. Sign in to Zoom Scheduler.
  2. In the left navigation, click Integrations to connect all the providers you want to offer. Learn more about how to connect a third-party video conferencing provider for instructions.
  3. In the left navigation, click Booking Pages, then open the booking page you want to update.
  4. In the booking page settings, click the Hosts tab and then scroll down to the How you'll meet section.
  5. Add the provider you want to offer as a video conferencing option.
  6. Click Finish to save your changes.

What your invitees experience

Invitees don't need to do anything differently. After booking, they'll receive a confirmation email and calendar invite containing a meeting link from the provider you selected , or the one they chose if you offered multiple options. They can join the meeting by clicking that link with no extra setup required on their end.
