Using Google Meet with Zoom Scheduler
You can connect your Google account to Zoom Scheduler so that your booking pages automatically generate a Google Meet link when someone books a meeting with you. This is useful if your clients or team primarily work within Google Workspace.
Requirements for using Google Meet with Zoom Scheduler
- Zoom Scheduler account (basic or paid plan)
- Google account
How to connect Google Meet
- Sign in to Zoom Scheduler.
- In the left navigation, click Integrations.
- Find the Google Meet card and click Connect.
A Google sign-in window will open. - Sign in with the Google account you want to use, then grant Scheduler the requested permissions.
The Google Meet card will update to show your account as connected.
Notes:
- Only one Google account can be connected at a time. To switch accounts, disconnect the existing one first, then connect the new account.
- Disconnecting will prevent future bookings from using this service. Previously generated meeting links and booking records will be retained in accordance with Zoom's data retention policies, as described in our Privacy Statement. To remove them, delete the associated scheduled events.
How to use Google Meet on a booking page
Once your Google account is connected, you can set Google Meet as the meeting location on any booking page.
- Sign in to Zoom Scheduler.
- In the left navigation, click Booking Pages, then open the booking page you want to update or create a new one.
- In the booking page settings, click the Hosts tab and then scroll down to the How you'll meet section.
- Select Google Meet.
- Click Finish to save your booking page.
Every booking made on that page will automatically include a Google Meet link in the confirmation email and calendar invite.
Notes:
- Invitees don't need a Google account to join, Google Meet links can be joined by anyone with a supported browser.
- Each booking page has its own video conferencing setting. You can use Google Meet on some booking pages and Zoom on others.
How to disconnect Google Meet
- Sign in to Zoom Scheduler.
- In the left navigation, click Integrations.
- Find the Google Meet card and click Disconnect.
Disconnecting Google Meet will affect any booking pages set to use it as the meeting location. Those pages will stop generating Google Meet links until you reconnect or select a different provider.
How to reconnect your Google account
If your Google connection is lost, for example, because you changed your password or revoked Scheduler's permissions, Zoom Scheduler will no longer be able to generate Google Meet links for new bookings. You'll need to reconnect to restore access.
- Sign in to Zoom Scheduler.
- In the left navigation, click Integrations.
- Find the Google Meet card and click Reconnect.
- Sign in to your Google account again to restore the connection.

How your data is used
The Google Meet integration allows Zoom Communications Inc. to access your Google account and manage meetings on your behalf. The following permissions are required:
- Schedule, update, and delete Google Meet meetings: Gives Zoom Communications Inc. approved access to create a Google Meet meeting link when someone books a time with you, and to remove that link if the booking is cancelled or rescheduled.
By allowing this connection, Zoom Scheduler will receive ongoing access to your Microsoft account to perform these actions on your behalf. By adding this connection, you agree to the
Zoom Privacy Statement and the
Google Terms of Service.
