Using Microsoft Teams with Zoom Scheduler

You can connect your Microsoft account to Zoom Scheduler so that booking pages automatically generate a Microsoft Teams meeting link when someone books a meeting with you. This is useful if your clients or organization primarily work within Microsoft 365.

How to connect Microsoft Teams

  1. Sign in to Zoom Scheduler.
  2. In the left navigation, click Integrations.
  3. Find the Microsoft Teams card and click Connect.
    A Microsoft sign-in window will open.
  4. Sign in with the Microsoft account you want to use and grant Scheduler the requested permissions.
    The Microsoft Teams card will update to show your account as connected.

How to use Microsoft Teams on a booking page

Once your Microsoft account is connected, you can set Microsoft Teams as the meeting location on any booking page.

  1. Sign in to Zoom Scheduler.
  2. In the left navigation, click Booking Pages, then open the booking page you want to update or create a new one.
  3. In the booking page settings, click the Hosts tab and then scroll down to the How you'll meet section.
  4. Select Microsoft Teams.
  5. Click Finish to save your booking page.
    Every booking made on that page will automatically include a Microsoft Teams meeting link in the confirmation email and calendar invite.

How to disconnect Microsoft Teams

  1. Sign in to Zoom Scheduler.
  2. In the left navigation, click Integrations.
  3. Find the Microsoft Teams card and click Disconnect.
    Disconnecting Microsoft Teams will affect any booking pages set to use it as the meeting location. Those pages will stop generating Teams links until you reconnect or select a different provider.

How to reconnect your Microsoft account

If your Microsoft connection is lost, for example, because you changed your password or revoked Scheduler's permissions, Zoom Scheduler will no longer be able to generate Teams links for new bookings. You'll need to reconnect to restore access.

  1. Sign in to Zoom Scheduler.
  2. In the left navigation, click Integrations.
  3. Find the Microsoft Teams card and click Reconnect.
  4. Sign in to your Microsoft account again to restore the connection.

No. Microsoft Teams meeting links can be joined as a guest from a supported browser , invitees don't need a Microsoft account.
