How to add the Zoom for Fireflies app
- Sign in to the Zoom Marketplace with your Zoom account.
- In the top right of your screen, enter Zoom for Fireflies in the search box to find the app.
- In your search results, find the Zoom for Fireflies app and click it.
- Click Add.
- When prompted for an API key, enter the API key generated in Fireflies.

How to remove the Zoom for Fireflies app
- Sign in to the App Marketplace web portal.
- Click Manage and then click Added Apps.
- Next to the Zoom for Fireflies, click Remove.

Communications between this app and Zoom and Fireflies are encrypted:

This app stores access credentials in the local data store:
- Fireflies Oauth2 tokens and Zoom OAuth credentials (both user-level only) are stored in an encrypted database.
How your data is used
Zoom's Fireflies marketplace app allows Zoom Communications Inc. access to your Fireflies files and content. To do so, you'll need to share Fireflies permissions. The permissions you'll share with Zoom Communications Inc. include:
- Access Fireflies content: Zoom Communications Inc. will have permission to access your Fireflies files and content.
By authorizing this connection, the Fireflies app maintains ongoing access to your information.
