Using Event performance in Hub Analytics
Cross-event analytics in Zoom Events includes an enhanced Event performance page that provides detailed visibility into single session, multi-session, and recurring session events. This allows you to view individual sessions within each event, giving you comprehensive insights into event performance at both the event and session levels.
Note: Analytics data excludes special roles such as hosts, panelists, and moderators.
Requirements for using cross-event performance tables
How to access Event performance in Hub Analytics
- Sign in to Zoom Events.
- In the navigation menu, click Analytics & insights.
- Under Analytics & Insights, click Event performance.
The Event performance page will appear to the right.
How to view Event performance Summary tab
Metric tiles
Under Analytics & insights, select Event performance, then click the Summary tab.
- Average live attendance rate: Shows the percentage of registrants who attended the live session. This reflects the conversion from registrants to live attendees across events. Attended live means someone actually entered the session. Lobby-only joins do not count.
- Average registration rate: Shows the percentage of event page visitors who completed registration. This reflects the conversion of page visits to registrations. This may not be applicable for group join links or people pre-registered from an external integration.
- Average number of registrants: Indicates the average number of people who registered for events during the selected time period. This includes all registration types.
- Attendees stayed on average: Indicates the typical length of time attendees remained in the live session, measured as an average duration across events.
- Average watched on-demand rate: Shows the percentage of registrants who watched an event recording after the live session.
Tables, graphs, and charts
Below the metric tiles, view the following information about your event.
Top events
View the top 10 events ranked by key engagement and attendance metrics. Sort to see which events performed best across different measures. Perform the following actions:
- Tooltip: Click the information icon
to see a description of the graph. - Select ranking metric: In the top-right corner, click the dropdown to choose from the following options:
- Total attendees
- Total registrants
- Engagement score
- Attendance rate
- Registration date
- Download CSV: In the top-right corner, click download
to export the current table or data overview as a CSV or PNG file.
Registrants-to-attendees
This funnel shows how viewers progress from impressions to total video views to unique views. Use it to see where audience attention drops off along the journey. Perform the following actions:
- Tooltip: Click the information icon
to see a description of the graph. - Time period: In the top right corner, use the dropdown to change the graph’s display interval. The following options are available:
- Last 7 days
- Last 4 weeks
- Last 3 months
- Last 6 months
- All timeDownload CSV: In the top-right corner, click download

Event performance over time
This chart compares past events against each other. Each bubble represents an event and is sized by the number of registrants. Individual sessions in a recurring series are shown as their own bubbles. The vertical position reflects the event's overall attendance rate, helping you quickly see which events performed better or worse. Perform the following actions:
- Tooltip: Click the information icon
to see a description of the graph. - Time period: In the top right corner, use the dropdown to change the graph’s display interval. The following options are available:
- Last 7 days
- Last 4 weeks
- Last 3 months
- Last 6 months
- Last 12 months
- Last 24 monts
- All time
- Filter events: In the top-right corner, click Filters
to choose which events to include based on your preferences. - Download CSV: In the top-right corner, click download
to export the current table or data overview as a CSV or PNG file.
Attendee breakdown
Shows the different categories of attendees across events. It’s useful for seeing who attended which part of your event. Perform the following actions:
- Tooltip: Click the information icon
to see a description of the chart. - Filter events: In the top-right corner, click Filters
to choose which events to include based on your preferences. - Download CSV: In the top-right corner, click download
to export the current table or data overview as a CSV or PNG file.
Attendee location
This chart breaks down total attendance by location, showing how each region contributes to overall attendance. Perform the following actions:

How to view Event performance Reports tab
Under Analytics & insights, select Event performance, then click the Reports tab.
Event performance table
Displays event-level metrics for both single-session and multi-session events, including registrations, attendance, engagement, and resource interactions. Use this table to quickly understand overall event performance and drill down into individual sessions.
Perform the following actions in the Event performance table:
- Sort: To the right of any column header, click the sort icon
to reorder the table rows by that column. Click once to sort in ascending order (such as A to Z or smallest to largest), and click again to switch to descending order. A visual indicator (like an arrow) appears beside the header to show the current sort direction. - Apply filter options: In the top right corner, click Filters
to filter the table contents according to your preferences. You can add more filters by clicking Add filter
and delete existing ones by selecting the trash icon
next to the filter you want to remove. The following filter options are available:
- Column: Click to specify which column you want to filter.
- Rule: Choose the rule for filtering your data based on the column you selected previously. The options are:
- Contains: Shows results that include the text you entered.
- Is any of: Limits results to those that match any one of the specified values exactly
- Value: Depending on your selected rule:
- Contains: A free‑form text field appears. Enter any text to match within the column.
- Is any of: A dropdown list appears offering the following predefined options to choose from. Available options depend on the column you selected.
Note: Alternatively, next to a column header, click the filter icon
to use that column as a filter.
- Download CSV: Click download
to export the current table or data overview as a CSV file. - Enable or disable columns: In the top right corner, click the settings icon
to open the column dropdown. Toggle columns on to keep them visible, then click Confirm to apply. To restore the default view, click Reset—this turns on all columns and closes the menu. To quickly enable all columns without closing the menu, click Showall. - Page navigation: At the bottom of the table:
- Click next
or previous
to move between pages of results. - Use the [number] per page dropdown to select how many rows display per page. This allows you to jump through sets of rows in increments that you choose, making table navigation faster.
