Installing and configuring the Zoom Classroom app for your LMS
The Zoom Classroom app is an account-level integration available from the Zoom Marketplace that connects Zoom with Learning Management Systems (LMS) that support LTI 1.3, including commonly used platforms such as Blackboard, Canvas by Instructure, D2L Brightspace, and Moodle.
After a Zoom account owner or admin installs and configures the Zoom Classroom app, teachers and students with Zoom user accounts can access Zoom Classroom directly within their LMS. Depending on their role in the LMS, teachers and students can use AI chat and share supported Zoom content, such as Zoom Canvas docs, Zoom Clips, and Zoom Whiteboards. Teachers can also schedule class meetings, create assignments with Zoom content, and grade submitted student work, while students can complete assignments using Zoom content.
