Account owners and admins can access Zoom Revenue Accelerator's (ZRA) sales insights, analytics, and other features by purchasing a license for ZRA Essentials, ZRA Premium, or ZRA Elite. Use the comparison below to help you determine which ZRA plan best fits your organization's needs.

Note: In addition to Zoom Revenue Accelerator Essentials, Premium, and Elite licenses, there is a standalone license for Engage and add-on licenses for Forecast, AI sales assist, and Dial. To learn more about these standalone licenses, contact your account executive.

AI role-play

Users assigned with ZRA Essentials, ZRA Premium, or ZRA Elite licenses have access to AI role-play:

ZRA Essentials: Users assigned have the option for a 45-day trial. After the trial period, users have access to AI role-play as a time-based metered action for training scenarios using Zoom AI Credits (usage rounded up in 6-second increments).
ZRA Premium and ZRA Elite: Users have access to AI role-play as a time-based metered action for training scenarios using Zoom AI Credits (usage rounded up in 6-second increments).

AI sales assist

Users assigned with ZRA Essentials, ZRA Premium, ZRA Elite, or add-on AI sales assist licenses have access to AI sales assist:

ZRA Essentials: Users assigned have the option for a 45-day trial. After the trial period, users have access to Ask ZRA as a metered action per successful query using Zoom AI Credits.
