Enabling AI role-play for Zoom Revenue Accelerator

Account owners and admins can enable or disable the AI role-play feature. This feature uses AI technology and allows users to rehearse sales conversations such as objection handling, discovery questions, and pitch delivery. By default, this feature is disabled and admins can enable it at the account level. Admins can also manage AI role-play permissions based on user roles.

Requirements for enabling or disabling AI role-play settings

• Pro, Business, or Enterprise account
• Either a Zoom Workplace license with Phone included, or a standalone Zoom Phone calling plan
• Licensed user with Zoom Revenue Accelerator Essentials or Zoom Revenue Accelerator Premium license
• Account owner, admin privileges, or user with role management permissions
• Available AI Credits

How to enable or disable AI role-play

Enable or disable AI role-play for the entire account

This setting allows account owners or admins to enable or disable AI role-play for all users in the account.

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
2. In the top-right corner, click your profile picture or initials, then click Admin Center.

3. In the side menu, click Settings .

4. Click Revenue Accelerator.
   You will be directed to the account settings page for Zoom Revenue Accelerator.
5. Under Credit Based Features, click the Enable Credit Based Features toggle to enable or disable it.
   If enabled, the AI role-playing training toggle will be available to be toggled on or off.
6. Cick the AI role-play training toggle to enable or disable it.
7. If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.

Using this feature will use AI Credits based on usage time (rounded up in 6-second increments). Learn more about using Zoom AI credits.
