Managers and coaches can view created role-play scenarios, find scenarios by name using the search bar, and view the following information in each column:
Training Scenario: Displays the name of the scenario Notes:
To configure a draft scenario's details, click its name.
To configure the due date and user assignments of an activated scenario, click its name.
Status: Displays the scenario's status
Activated: The scenario is available for the assigned users to start and complete.
Draft: The scenario is yet to be assigned and activated.
Assigned to: Displays a list of users that must complete the scenario
Progress: Displays a progress bar with the number of users that completed the scenario over the total number of assigned users Note: To get more details on each assigned user's progress status, hover over the progress bar.
Not started: The user has not started the scenario.
In progress: The user has started the task but has not yet completed it.
Completed: The user has completed the scenario and submitted the results.
Due date: Displays when the scenario is due for completion, if any
Created by: Displays the user that created the scenario
Last modified: Displays when the scenario was last configured
More icon : Displays quick actions for the scenario
(Draft scenarios only) Edit: Displays the AI role-play scenario details page for editing
(Activated scenarios only) Edit assignment: Displays the edit assignment window for assigning users to the scenario
Duplicate: Copies the scenario as a new Draft scenario
Delete: Permanently deletes the scenario and unassigns users from it
Click Generate with AI. The scenario details page will display the following:
AI generated training setup on the left: Displays all the scenario details that can be configured
What your trainee will see on the right: Displays the training scenario, the skills that the assigned users need to focus on, and the option to test the training scenario.
(Optional) To redo the AI-generated training setup, in the top-left corner, click the edit icon . The scenario generation window will display and let you modify its initial training setup:
Under Scenario name, input the training scenario's name.
Under Description, input the skills or scenario details that you want the user to practice in the training.
Voice: Select from the dropdown the preferred contact voice for this scenario.
Click Save.
To test the training scenario, follow these steps:
Click Test training scenario. The AI role-play scenario will play out with you as the sales agent.
Complete the AI role-play scenario, then click End Call. AI role-play will analyze how you handled the scenario.
(Optional) To repeat the test, click Try again.
To go back to editing, click Edit setup.
In the top-right corner, click Save as Draft.
(Optional) To assign users to the scenario and activate it, in the top-right corner, click Assign and activate, then edit user assignments.
Assign trainee to ZRA AI role-play scenario
To assign users as trainees to the AI role-play scenario:
Access AI role-play scenarios, then to the right of an existing activated scenario, click the more icon and then Edit assignment.
Under Due date, select from the calendar the date when the scenario is due.
Select one or more users from the list to assign the scenario to. To find a specific user, input the user or team name in the search field. The Selected list to the right will show all users that have been assigned to the scenario.
Click Confirm or Assign. If done as part of editing a draft scenario, the scenario will become Activated.
