Training with AI role-play for Zoom Revenue Accelerator

Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) users that have been assigned training tasks can rehearse sales conversations such as objection handling, discovery questions, and pitch delivery.

Note: AI features may not be available for select verticals and select regional customers.

Limitations for using AI role-play

AI role-play has the following limitation:

Users can access this feature using their Zoom AI Credits (usage rounded up in 6-second increments). To learn more about how this feature works with AI Credits, check out the Zoom Pricing page or contact your account executive.

How to access AI role-play tasks

Access training hub

Web

Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
In the top-right corner, click the Zoom Products icon .
In the Zoom Products menu, click Revenue Accelerator .
Revenue Accelerator will open in a new browser tab.
In the side menu, click Training.
You will be directed to the training hub.

Windows | macOS | Linux

Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
In the navigation bar, click the Revenue tab .
Note: If you do not see the Revenue tab , click the More tab , then click Revenue .
In the side menu, click Training.
You will be directed to the training hub.

View training hub

Users can track which AI role-play tasks have been assigned to them, find tasks by name using the training progress filter and the search bar, and view the following information in each column:

Training: Displays the name of the task
Note: To display the task details panel, click its name.
Language: Displays the language that the task supports
Training progress: Displays the user's progress in completing the task and the number of attempts to complete the task
- Not started: The user has not started the task.
- In progress: The user has started the task but has not yet completed it.
- Completed: The user has completed the task and submitted the results.
Due date: Displays when the scenario is due for completion, if any
Assigned by: Displays the admin or manager that assigned the task to the user
Start/Retry: Displays the task details panel to start or retry the training task

View task details panel

The task details panel lets users cycle through all training tasks assigned to them, start practice for tasks that are still in progress, and view task details:

Training progress

Start practice / Retry practice: Starts or reattempt to complete the training task

Overview

Customer Info: Displays the customer contact's name, their job title, their persona, and the language supported by the task.
Scenario: Displays the situations and/or events that are relevant to the training context.
What to focus on: Displays talking point objectives that the trainee should complete in the training.

History: Lists all practice attempts by the user and displays following information:

Task name
Activity timestamp
View details: Click to show all missed and completed objectives from What to focus on.

Previous / Next task: Cycles through other tasks assigned to the user

How to train with an AI role-playing task

To train with an AI role-play task:

Access the training hub, then click the name of an assigned task.
The task details panel will display the option to start or retry the training task.

Click Start practice or Retry practice.
The AI role-play task will play out with you as the sales agent.

Complete the AI role-play task, then click End Call.
AI role-play will analyze how you handled the task and will display which of the objectives were missed or completed. The performance is automatically evaluated based on any scorecards that the manager or coach assigned when they created the task.

Choose how you proceed with the task:

To return to the training Hub, in the top-left corner, click Back.
To retry the task, in the bottom-right corner, click Try again.
To complete the task, in the bottom-right corner, click Submit.
