Configuring MCP tools for Agentic workflows

Agentic workflows allow you to bring your own MCP tools to be used in its AI reasoning node. If you want to use tools from a third-party MCP that's not available in Zoom Marketplace or from your own organization's MCP, you can create a Zoom Marketplace app connecting to the MCP server, publish it to your organization or selected users/groups, then use it in agentic workflows.

There are two ways to add an MCP for use in Workflows: by creating a Marketplace app published to your organization or user groups, or by adding it through AI Agents in Chat.
