Usage Limits of Content Studio
Content Studio is a post-event tool that lets you convert event recordings into shorter, shareable assets. You can create a project from uploaded videos or those saved in your library, then use AI to generate clips, text, or images in your preferred aspect ratio. You can export and repurpose these assets on different platforms and channels.
Note: This feature is currently in a limited preview, may be modified or subject to additional fees in the future, and may not be available to all regions.
How Content Studio works
Content Studio takes a video recording and uses AI to create three types of assets:
- Video clips: Short clips pulled from the original recording, available in multiple aspect ratios to fit different platforms (widescreen for YouTube, square for LinkedIn, vertical for TikTok and Instagram Reels, and more)
- Text content: Written pieces generated from the video, including blog posts, key takeaways, summaries, social media posts, emails, sales briefs, and all-hands recaps
- Images: Infographics and quote cards created from the video content
All generated assets are organized into a project, where you can review, edit, and export them.
What you can do with Content Studio
- Create a project: Select a video from your library or upload one, choose a recipe to guide what gets generated, then generate assets
- Generate additional content: Return to a project at any time to create more clips, text, or images beyond your initial batch
- Edit assets: Refine clips, text content, or images using different editing options, including AI prompts
- Export and share: Download clips as MP4 or export to your content library, export text to Zoom Canvas or download as PDF or DOCX, and download images as PNG
- Manage projects: Rename or delete projects, and remove individual assets
Content Studio usage limits
During the limited preview, Content Studio has two kinds of limits so that everyone can try the feature fairly while we build toward general availability.
Monthly processing minutes: Each user can process up to 8 hours of source video per month. When you create a project, Content Studio shows how much of your allowance you have left and how much the selected video will use, so you can see the impact before you generate. Once your allowance is used for the month, you won't be able to start new projects until it resets, but you'll still have full access to open, edit, and export everything in your existing projects.
Per-project generation limits: Within a project, there's a limit on how much additional content you can generate beyond your initial batch:
- Up to 15 text assets per project
- Up to 10 images per project
- Up to 40 clips per project
Each asset type has its own limit, so reaching one (for example, images) doesn't affect your ability to generate more of another type (for example, text or clips), subject to the monthly processing limits.
Note: Deleting a project or an individual asset does not restore your allowance or generation limit. Limits reset the first day of every month.
