How to create a project in Content Studio using AI

Hosts can create a project in Content Studio using AI.

1. Sign in to Zoom Events.
2. In the left navigation menu, select Content Studio.
3. Click Create from video.
4. Select the video you want to use for your project. You can choose a video from your library or upload a new one.
   Note: Videos must be in MP4 or MOV format and be 10 GB or less. Use a video with clear audio and visuals to avoid getting a project creation failed message.
5. (Optional) Under Settings, select a Recipe to pre-configure what gets generated:
   • Default: Balanced settings for general use
   • Post-Event Follow-Up: Optimized for marketing and sales content
   • Internal Recap: Optimized for internal and all-hands content
   • Learning Recap: Optimized for education and training content
     Note: Content Studio uses the default recipe if you don't select one.
6. (Optional) Click Customize next to Recipe to adjust settings for this project. Changes you make here apply only to this project and don't change the recipe itself.
   • Clips: Set the Ratio (Auto, 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, or 16:9).
   • Generate text: Toggle on or off. When on, choose the Text type (you can select more than one), Voice tone, and Output Language (defaults to the same language as the video).
   • Generate images: Toggle on or off. When on, choose the Output Language (defaults to the same language as the video).
7. (Optional) Drag the Processing time range slider to select which portion of the video you want Content Studio to use. By default, the full length of the video is used.
8. (Optional) In the Instruction field, add any additional guidance for what you want Content Studio to generate (for example, "Which moments should we turn into clips?").
9. Click Generate to get your requested assets.
   A modal will appear and show the progress of the upload and asset generation. Click Minimize to hide this modal. AI will continue to generate the assets in the background.
10. When the video upload and asset generation are complete, the tool creates a project that houses the assets.
    Note: The recent project created will be at the top of the list of projects in the Content studio main page.
11. Select your project and click the three-dots at the lower-right corner to Rename or Delete it.

How to access a project in Content Studio

To access your projects and their assets in Content Studio, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to Zoom Events.
2. In the left navigation menu, select Content Studio.
   All your projects will be displayed in the Content Studio main page.
3. Click your project.
   The page will display the project name, total assets in your project, date and time when the project was last updated, project brand, and the estimated time saved by AI content generation.

How to create additional content within a project

After a project is created, you can return to it at any time to generate more clips, text, or images without regenerating your existing assets.

To create additional content in Content Studio, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to Zoom Events.
2. In the left navigation menu, select Content Studio.
   All your projects will be displayed in the Content Studio main page.
3. Click your project.
   The page will display the project name, total assets in your project, date and time when the project was last updated, project brand, and the estimated time saved by AI content generation.
4. At the top-right, click Create new.
5. Select Clip, Text, or Images under Create with AI.
   Depending on what you selected:
   • Clip: Enter a description of the clip you want (or select a suggested prompt), select the Ratio, then click Generate.
   • Text: Select a content type — grouped under General (Key takeaways, Summary, Social media post, Email), Marketing (Blog post, Sales brief), or Internal (All hands recap) — click Continue, then enter a prompt and select the Length, Voice tone, and Output Language. Click Generate.
   • Images: Select Infographic or Quote Graphic, enter a description of the image you want (or select a suggested prompt), select the Ratio and Output Language, then click Generate.
     Note: Selecting Social media post can generate more than one asset. For example, a LinkedIn post and an X post as separate items.

How to edit an asset in Content Studio

The edit options are different for each type of asset generated in Content Studio.

Edit a clip in Content Studio

To edit a clip generated by AI in Content Studio, do the following:

1. Sign in to Zoom Events.
2. In the left navigation menu, select Content Studio.
3. Click the Clips tab.
4. Hover your cursor over the clip you want to edit.
   The following options will be displayed for selection:
   • Play icon: Plays the short video clip
   • Scissors icon: Opens another page where you can edit the clip
   • Full screen icon: Maximizes the clip in full screen.
5. Click the scissors icon to access the edit page.
   The edit page will open and display the following options:
   • Clip name: The title of the short video clip
   • Transcript: The text-based record of the video's audio
   • AI Enhancement icon: Lets you refine the video clip with the option to remove filter words and pauses in the video
   • Inspector icon: Lets you edit the scene format like changing the background image and color
   • Captions icon: Lets you change the video caption font
   • Add text icon: Lets you add texts to the video clip title, subtitle, and body
   • Add image icon: Lets you add images to the video clip through AI, stock images, or uploaded images
   • Timeline: Lets you edit the caption, trim the video clip, add image or text overlays, add layers to the short video clip

Edit a text asset in Content Studio

To edit a text asset generated by AI in Content Studio, do the following:

1. Sign in to Zoom Events.
2. In the left navigation menu, select Content Studio.
3. Click the Text tab.
4. Select the text document you want to edit.
   The text document will open in Content Studio.
5. Edit the text in the document with options to change the font, adjust the font color, change the text format, add a link, add an equation, add a bulleted or numbered list. You can also undo or redo your actions.
6. To regenerate the text with AI, click the AI icon at the top-right to open Refine with AI.
   • Enter a description of the change you want in the prompt field.
   • Select the Length (Short, Medium, or Long), Tone, and Language.
   • Select Create as new asset to save the result as a new text asset rather than replacing the current one.
7. Click Refine to apply your changes.

Edit an image in Content Studio

You can use AI to improve the image generated in Content Studio by adding a prompt and saving the refined version as a new asset.

To edit an image generated by AI in Content Studio, do the following:

1. Sign in to Zoom Events.
2. In the left navigation menu, select Content Studio.
3. Click the Images tab.
4. Click the image you want to edit.
5. Click the AI icon at the top-right to open Refine with AI.
6. Add a prompt describing the change you want, or select one of the suggested prompts provided by the tool.
7. Select the Aspect ratio for the refined image (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, or 16:9).
8. Click Refine to apply your edit.
   Note: You can save the refined version as a new asset or apply the changes directly to the image.

How to export an asset in Content Studio

To export an asset generated by AI in Content Studio, do the following:

1. Sign in to Zoom Events.
2. In the left navigation menu, select Content Studio.
3. Click the tab where your asset is located (Clips, Text, or Images).
4. Click the asset you want to export.
   Note: For clips, click Edit to open the asset.
5. At the top-right corner, click Export.
   The assets will be exported as:
   • Clips: Exported to your content library or downloaded as MP4
   • Text: Exported to Zoom Canvas or downloaded as PDF or DOCX
   • Images: Downloaded as PNG

How to delete an asset in Content Studio

To delete an asset generated by AI in Content Studio, do the following:

1. Sign in to Zoom Events.
2. In the left navigation menu, select Content Studio.
3. Click the tab where your asset is located (Clips, Text, or Images).
4. Hover over the asset you want to delete.
5. Click the More icon .
6. Click Delete .
