Using multiple locations on a booking page

Multiple locations on a booking page let you offer bookers more than one way to meet with your hosts. This feature is available on Any host available booking pages. You can offer a mix of virtual and in-person meeting options, assign different locations to different hosts, or let bookers pick the office location that works best for them.

How to add multiple locations to a host

  1. Sign in to Zoom Scheduler.
  2. In the left navigation panel, click Booking Pages, then open and edit an Any Host Available booking page.
  3. Click the Hosts tab.
  4. Under How you'll meet, find the host or host pool you want to update.
  5. Click Select location.
  6. Choose the new location type (for example, in-person).
  7. Enter the location or address.
  8. Repeat these steps for any other hosts who should offer more than one location.
Note: If you're using a rotating host pool, the location settings on the first pool apply to the whole booking page. Pools added after it will follow the first pool's location setup rather than defining their own.

Managing how bookers view available times by location

By default, bookers see available times grouped by location and must choose a location before browsing. If you prefer that bookers see all available times blended together and choose a location after selecting a time, turn off this setting.

  1. Sign in to Zoom Scheduler.
  2. In the left navigation panel, click Booking Pages.
  3. Click the Hosts tab.
  4. Under How you'll meet, clear the Let bookers view available times by location check box.

How this works with host assignment logic

Multiple locations work alongside your existing host assignment settings. For example, if host assignment is set to Prioritize fairness and a host is skipped for being overbooked, that host's availability drops out of the calendar, and so does any location that's only offered by that host.
