Restricting a booking page to people in your organization

By default, anyone with the link to your booking page can view your availability and book time with you, no sign-in required. If a booking page is meant for internal use only (for example, an IT help desk page or internal ops booking page), you can restrict it so that only signed-in users from your organization can view and book it.

Turn on "Only allow users in your organization to view and book on this page" booking permissions

  1. Sign in to Zoom Scheduler.
  2. In the left navigation panel, click Booking Pages, then edit the page you want to restrict.
  3. Click the More Actions icon  next to the booking page, then click Edit.
  4. Click More Options.
  5. Under Rules, find Booking permissions.
  6. Select the Only allow users in your organization to view and book on this page check box.
  7. Click Finish to save.

Note: This setting is off by default and is per booking page. Every new booking page is publicly viewable and bookable until you turn this on. Turning it on for one page does not affect any of your other booking pages.

What bookers see

Once a restricted booking page has been created, an indicator icon appears on the booking page's card in your booking page list. Hovering over it displays: "Internal booking page — Only users in {Account name} can view and book."
