How to configure Surveys settings in the web portal

The Surveys tab has account-level settings that apply to all users. You can enable or disable certain survey, poll, and quiz features like email collection and image uploads. The following steps are a few of the settings you can enable or disable.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the top-right corner, click your profile picture or initials, then click Admin Center .
  3. In the side menu, click Settings .
  4. Click Surveys.
