How to add the Gainsight for Zoom app

Retrieve Gainsight client ID and Secret

  1. Sign in to Gainsight as an admin.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Administration, then click Users and Permissions.
  3. Click User Management, then click Authentication.
  4. Click OAuth Applications, then click Add Application.
  5. In the Add Application dialog, turn on the Enable PKCE toggle.
  6. In the Callback URL field, enter the redirect URL for your environment.
  7. Click Add Application to save.
  8. Copy the Tenant domain, Client ID, and Client Secret that appear after the application is created.

Add and authorize the Gainsight for Zoom app

  1. Sign in to the Zoom Marketplace with your Zoom account.
  2. In the top right of your screen, enter Gainsight for Zoom in the search box to find the app.
  3. In your search results, find the Gainsight for Zoom app and click it.
  4. Click Add.
  5. When prompted for the Tenant domain, Client ID, and Client Secret, enter the values copied earlier.
  6. Complete the authorization steps.

How to remove the Gainsight for Zoom app

  1. Sign in to the Zoom Marketplace web portal.
  2. Click My Library.
  3. Next to Gainsight for Zoom, click the more icon .
  4. Click Remove.
