Requirements for using third-party integrations with ZoomMate
- Zoom Workplace Pro, Zoom Workplace Pro Plus, Zoom Workplace Business, Zoom Workplace Business Plus, Zoom Workplace Enterprise, Zoom Workplace Enterprise Plus, or Enterprise Bundle account
- Allow AI to perform tasks in third-party apps enabled
- ZoomMate license and available AI Credits
- Authentication credentials for the desired third-party service
ZoomMate features that support third-party integrations
ZoomMate provides multiple features that support third-party integrations, enabling seamless connectivity with popular business tools and platforms.
General use: Users can invoke a third-party service as a connector directly from the ZoomMate interface via the + (add) icon, @ mention, or conversational commands, allowing ZoomMate's AI to route natural-language requests to the appropriate connector actions.
Third-party integrations can also be utilized in the following ways:
- Agentic Search: The third-party data source is available as a searchable source within ZoomMate's agentic search (queries across connected third-party repositories).
Note: Organizational data sources will need to be configured with AI Studio for persistent search indexing. - AI Agent: These connectors for third-party services can be attached to custom AI agents built in Agent Builder for use in Zoom Chat.
- Agentic Workflows: The integration is available as a node/connector within ZoomMate's agentic workflow builder.
