Understanding Zoom Workplace Basic Plus
The Zoom Workplace Basic Plus plan provides a limited number of extended meetings and cloud recording for customers who need occasional access to Pro-level meeting capabilities.
Basic Plus includes four extended meetings of up to 80 minutes each. This is a use-it-or-lose-it benefit, so any unused meeting time beyond the standard 40 minutes does not carry over to the next billing period. At the start of the next billing period, your allowance resets to four extended meetings.

Notes:
- Your meeting allowance resets each month: You get four extended meetings per month, and unused meetings do not carry over. For example, if you use only two meetings, the remaining two expire. Your allowance resets to four extended meetings at the start of the next month.
- You have 7 days to manage recordings that exceed your storage limit: If your cloud recordings exceed your plan’s storage limit, you have 7 days to delete recordings and bring your storage back within the limit. Recordings that exceed the limit are deleted after the 7-day grace period. Additional cloud storage is not available for purchase on this plan. To get additional storage, you must upgrade to a Zoom Workplace Pro plan.
- Whiteboards are limited to three: You can create up to three Whiteboards. If you reach this limit, you can purchase a Whiteboard add-on to create additional Whiteboards.
