Configuring teams in Quality Management

Quality Management (QM) Teams allow you to organize users into groups that control interaction visibility, filter reporting, and define conditions in automations and evaluation goals across QM. Each team can contain members assigned as either Supervisors or Agents, and teams can be nested to reflect your contact center's hierarchy.
