Zoom Spaces Certified Hardware

Zoom Spaces hardware devices were tested and certified according to updated certification requirements that became effective in October 2019. Zoom Rooms Appliances, Controllers, Schedulers, and AIO Room Systems have a 2-year certification, while USB-Peripherals such as cameras, speakerphones, and Pro Audio Devices have a 3-year certification. Cameras

Presenter Focus Modes:

• Free zone tracking: This feature allows the camera to automatically focus and track the presenter as the presenter moves around the room.
• Content tracking: This feature allows capturing multiple displays or whiteboard content instead of solely focusing on the presenter.
• Area tracking: This feature is designed for lecture-stage tracking scenarios, where the camera focuses and tracks the presenter upon entering a specific area.

This is a feature of the camera model and can be enabled via the ZRC.

Note: Three cameras need to be installed in the center, left, and right positions. It’s suggested that users follow the installation guidance here to achieve the ultimate user experience.

*The Anker PowerConf S500 is only certified when using a hardwired USC-C connection and is not certified when connecting to a Zoom Room over Bluetooth or the supplied Bluetooth dongle.
