| New or enhanced feature | Zoom Dashboard: Enhancements to AI Companion dashboard for ROI tracking | Account owners and admins with dashboard access can access enhanced AI Companion dashboard features designed to track return on investment and usage analytics to help understand an estimated time saving by using Zoom AI Companion meeting summaries across the organization. The dashboard is available under Zoom Dashboard > AI Companion tab > ROI tab. The ROI dashboard comes with calculation settings where time-saving values and parameters can be edited. The dashboard shows the following data:
- Adoption metrics : Visual representation of AI Companion adoption rates company-wide and by department
- Time savings : Estimated time saved through meeting summaries for hosts and participants (per meeting and summarized filter)
- Unrealized value : Potential time savings from meetings without AI Companion features enabled (per meeting and summarized filter)
The ROI productivity metrics displayed in the dashboard are estimates only, calculated based on available account data and the current calculation settings. The calculations can use either the default values based on research-based benchmarks or custom configured values. These estimates do not guarantee actual time or cost savings. Actual results may vary significantly depending on the organization's implementation, user adoption, and specific use cases. | Web portal |
