概要

ミーティング スケジュール メールは、ホストがミーティングをスケジュールした後に、ミーティング参加者に送信されます。ミーティング スケジュール メールのテンプレートをカスタマイズして、メールの件名と本文を変更できます。

前提条件

ミーティング スケジュール メールのテンプレートにアクセスする

ミーティング スケジュール メールのテンプレートには、プレーン テキストと HTML テンプレートが含まれています。 HTML テンプレートは 、Outlook アドイン（デスクトップまたはウェブアプリ）と Outlook プラグイン（デスクトップのみ）にのみ適用されます。 プレーン テキスト テンプレートは、デスクトップ クライアント、モバイルアプリ、ほとんどのアドイン/拡張機能（Outlook アドインとプラグインを除く）に適用されます。

  1. Zoom ウェブポータルにサインインします。
  2. ナビゲーション メニューで、[詳細設定]、[ブランディング] の順にクリックします。
  3. [メール] タブをクリックします。
  4. [ミーティング スケジュール メール] の横にある [編集] をクリックします。
    個々のメール テンプレートについて、以下の 2 つのタブが表示されます。
    • プレーン テキスト タブ: デスクトップ クライアント、モバイルアプリ、ほとんどのアドイン/拡張機能（Outlook アドインとプラグインを除く）でミーティングをスケジュールした場合に使用されるメール テンプレート。
    • HTML フォーマット タブ: Outlook アドイン（デスクトップまたはウェブアプリ）または Outlook プラグイン（デスクトップのみ）でミーティングをスケジュールした場合に使用されるメール テンプレート。 サポートされている HTML と CSS の一覧を参照してください。
      注: テンプレートのメールの件名は、Outlook アドインでは使用されません。 表示名 の後に Zoom Meeting と書かれた汎用の件名を使用します。
  5. テンプレートでカスタムメール変数を使用します。
  6. [プレビュー] をクリックし、テンプレートがユーザーにどのように表示されるかを確認します。
  7. [変更の適用] をクリックし、テンプレートを保存します。
