ミーティングスケジュールメールテンプレートをカスタマイズする

ミーティングスケジュールメールは、ホストがミーティングをスケジュールした後に、ミーティング参加者に送信されます。ミーティングスケジュールメールテンプレートをカスタマイズして、メールの件名と本文を変更できます。

注:

アカウントオーナーと管理者は、サブアカウントに同じブランディング設定の使用を強制することができます。これらのサブアカウントは、自分のアカウントのブランディング設定を変更することはできません。

ミーティングスケジュールメールテンプレートにアクセスする方法

ミーティングスケジュールのメールテンプレートには、プレーンテキストテンプレートとHTMLテンプレートが含まれています。HTMLテンプレートは、Outlookアドイン（デスクトップまたはウェブアプリ）とOutlookプラグイン（デスクトップのみ）にのみ適用されます。プレーンテキストテンプレートは、デスクトップクライアント、モバイルアプリ、ほとんどのアドイン/拡張機能（Outlookアドインとプラグインを除く）に適用されます。

  1. Zoomウェブポータルにサインインします。
  2. ナビゲーションメニューで、[詳細設定]、次に [ブランディング] の順にクリックします。
  3. [メール] タブをクリックします。
  4. [ミーティングスケジュールメール] の横にある [編集] をクリックします。個々のメールテンプレートについて、以下の2つのタブが表示されます。
  5. テンプレートでカスタムメール変数を使用します。
  6. [プレビュー] をクリックし、テンプレートがユーザーにどのように表示されるかを確認します。
  7. [変更の適用] をクリックし、テンプレートを保存します。
