Blocking outbound calls
Zoom Phone allows account owners and administrators to maintain control over outbound calling by managing a blocked list of phone numbers and prefixes. This feature helps organizations prevent calls to specific numbers or entire regions, ensuring compliance with company policies and reducing unwanted outbound communications. Blocked numbers can be managed at the account level, applying restrictions across all phone users in your organization.
