Finding your computer and cloud recordings
There are different locations where recordings are stored, depending on whether you started a computer or cloud recording.
Computer recording is available to free and paid Zoom accounts. It allows participants to record meeting video and audio on a computer device. You can view computer recording files in the default Zoom recording folder on your Windows, Mac, or Linux device, or access them from the Zoom desktop app.
Cloud recording is available to paid Zoom accounts. Hosts and co-hosts can start cloud recordings, which record video, audio, and chat text to the Zoom cloud. Hosts can view their cloud recordings in the Zoom web portal.
Depending on additional products your Zoom account has enabled, you can also find and manage your recordings from Zoom Video Management channels or in Zoom Hub.

When you record a meeting or webinar to your computer and that session is ended, Zoom creates a folder on your device based on the location configured in your Zoom desktop app. Follow the instructions to view or change the default file location for computer recordings.
