Completing pre-registration for Zoom Sessions


If you have been pre-registered by an event's host for an event, your registration process will be expedited and you will not have to go through the standard registration process for an event.

Attendees will receive an email with the link to the registration page. Instead of accessing the registration page through the Zoom Events platform, they can access the registration page directly with the email invitation link. Pre-registered attendees can use the invitation email to:

Attendees who receive a join link can join the lobby and receive the terms of use.

Note: If you are invited to pre-register for an event but are located in a country or region that is restricted from accessing Zoom, you will not be able to pre-register for—and thus will not be allowed to join—that Zoom Sessions event.

How to complete pre-registration for Zoom Sessions events

If the host of an event has pre-registered you for a free or paid event, you will receive an email to complete your registration for the event.

Pre-register without registration questions

If registration questions are not asked, you will receive your invitation email containing the join link to the event.

Pre-register with registration questions

  1. Open your invitation email to the Zoom Sessions event.
  2. Click Complete Registration.
  3. Answer the registration questions.
  4. Select the checkboxes to accept the terms to participate in the event.
  5. Click Complete Registration.

You will now receive your invitation email containing the join link to the event.
