Canceling a Zoom subscription on the Apple App Store


If your Zoom subscription is billed through Apple's App Store, you may cancel it at any time. However, you must cancel your subscription directly through the App Store.

How to cancel your Zoom subscription from the Apple App Store

iOS

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Zoom.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

  1. Open the App Store app and sign in.
  2. Click your name.
  3. Click Account Settings.
  4. Next to Subscriptions, click Manage.
  5. Next to the Zoom subscription, click Edit.
  6. Click Cancel Subscription.
