Inviting exhibitors to edit their information


Zoom Events hosts can invite exhibitors and sponsors to edit their information. After you add exhibitors and sponsors to an event, you can delegate editing and adding information to an exhibitor/sponsor. The exhibitor/sponsor will be able to edit their logo, name, media, and downloadable material. This feature is useful because exhibitors/sponsors can keep their information up-to-date for attendees.

How to invite an exhibitor/sponsor to edit their details

Invite an exhibitor to edit their details

  1. Access the Exhibitors tab in the event creation flow.
  2. Click the Standard Exhibitors tab.
  3. To the right of the exhibitor you want to invite to edit, click the ellipses .
  4. Click Invite Exhibitor to Edit
  5. Click Send.
    An email will be sent to the exhibitor, notifying them of your invitation to edit.

Invite a sponsor to edit their details

  1. Access the Exhibitors tab in the event creation flow.
  2. Click the Sponsors tab.
  3. To the right of the sponsor you want to invite to edit, click the ellipses .
  4. Click Invite Exhibitor to Edit
  5. Click Send.
    An email will be sent to the sponsor, notifying them of your invitation to edit.

Invite multiple exhibitors/sponsors to edit their details

  1. Access the Exhibitors tab in the event creation flow.
  2. In the top right corner of the page, click the Invite Exhibitors to Edit Details
    A panel will appear.
  3. In the panel, to the left of the exhibitors/sponsors, select the checkboxes you want.
  4. (Optional) Click the Select all exhibitors checkbox to select all the exhibitors/sponsors.
  5. Click Send Invitations.
    An email will be sent to the exhibitors/sponsors, notifying them of your invitation to edit.

How to review changes made to exhibitor/sponsor details

After the assigned exhibitor or sponsor of a session has edited the information you invited them to edit, you will need to review and approve or reject the changes they made.
