Protocols for Apple screen mirroring

Apple screen mirroring (also known as AirPlay on iOS 11 or earlier) requires certain settings on your network and computer firewalls. If you are unable to share using Apple screen mirroring, confirm that the following ports are open and the application is allowed access. How to Add a Firewall Exception for airhost.exe

Follow these steps to allow airhost.exe through the Windows firewall:

1. Open Windows Security
   
   • Press the Windows key and search for Windows Security.
   • Click to open the app.
2. Go to Firewall & Network Protection
   
   • In Windows Security, click Firewall & network protection.
3. Allow an App Through Firewall
   • Click on Allow an app through firewall to open the Allowed apps list.
4. Change Settings
   
   • Click Change settings.
   • Provide administrator permission if prompted.
5. Add another App
   
   • Click Allow another app.
6. Browse for the file
   • Click Browse... and navigate to the airhost.exe file.
   • Default path:
     C:\Users\*YourUsername*\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\bin\airhost.exe
7. Add and Confirm
   • Click Add, then OK to save your changes.
