Syncing Zoom Events to your calendar

You can sync your registered Zoom Events events to your Google, Yahoo, Outlook, or Apple calendar for convenient viewing. If you have calendar and contacts integration set up, Zoom Events events will be synced to your Zoom desktop client as well. This feature is useful for attendees and special-role users tracking multiple events and easy accessibility.

When Zoom Events sends out a calendar invitation to special roles or registered attendees, the visibility is set to private by default. For group join links, the calendar invitation is public by default.
