Release notes for Zoom Revenue Accelerator

Zoom provides up-to-date release notes for Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA). This article contains information about recent changes to ZRA, including new and enhanced features, updates to existing features, and bug fixes. In addition, you can find information about upcoming changes (if available) and see a full history of updates made in the last two years.

For phone conversations, admins can create separate scoring rules based on whether the call was inbound or outbound. The system also allows filtering by the language used during the conversation. These granular controls help organizations maintain different performance standards across various types of customer engagements, leading to more accurate and context-aware performance evaluation.Web portal
Integration features
New or enhanced featureZoom Recorder for Google Meet for enhanced meeting insightsUsers can integrate their Google Meet sessions with Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA). ZRA users can invite the Zoom recorder either manually or automatically to a Google Meet session with the permission of the account owners. This invitation will facilitate the generation of a recording file, along with relevant metadata about the meeting, which ZRA will subsequently process, analyze, and make available for playback. Upon entering a Google Meet meeting, the Zoom recorder will automatically notify participants of its presence and the reason for its participation. The meeting must be configured correctly to permit the Zoom recorder's participation. 
Note: This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a backend server update currently scheduled for the end of January.

New or enhanced featureCustom CRM field mapping to ZRA standard deal fieldsAccount owners and admins can map opportunity fields from their Salesforce instance to Zoom Revenue Accelerator's standard deal fields. This integration allows ZRA to ingest and display relevant opportunity data, which was previously limited to standard mapped opportunity fields. With access to the relevant CRM data, the ZRA deals dashboard becomes a central place for users to update and advance deals, and for leaders to inspect deals effectively.Web portal

The OAuth login process streamlines the authentication process by eliminating the need to generate and manage JWT tokens. OAuth 2.0 allows users to easily authenticate themselves using SFDC SSO, giving ZRA permission to access the user's Salesforce data. This enhancement provides a more seamless and secure integration experience with Salesforce for Zoom Revenue Accelerator users.Web portal
Meeting & Webinar features
New or enhanced featureZoom Recorder for Microsoft Teams and external Zoom meetingsAccount owners and admins can configure Zoom Revenue Accelerator to record Microsoft Teams meetings or Zoom meetings hosted by external parties. Meeting participants will be automatically notified and meeting recordings will be processed and analyzed by Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA). Users can invite ZRA to record their meetings manually or automatically via their integrated calendar when hosting or participating in eligible meetings. Integration features
New or enhanced featureCustomize CRM fields from HubspotAccount owners and admins can configure custom fields associated with standard HubSpot objects like opportunities, accounts, leads, and contacts in Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA). The existing standard fields in HubSpot will be automatically selected, and admins can specify additional CRM custom fields for use in areas such as analytics, conversations, and deal filters. Admins can provide the HubSpot API Name and Display Name for custom fields, and track the total number of imported fields for each object. This allows for seamless integration of custom CRM data into ZRA's functionality.Web portal

The dashboard offers clear visibility into the number of calls invited, joined, listened to, scored, and commented on during a given period. New or enhanced featureAutomated scorecards evaluate sales interactionsAutomated scorecards provide a baseline score and leverage AI to evaluate sales conversations and interactions. Sales leaders can filter through certain sales methodologies, select from pre-set questions, and view scorecard analytics for only automated scorecards or manual scorecards. Account owners and admins can build scorecards with custom criteria and have an AI model automatically score conversations based on those metrics. The automated evaluations provide sales leaders and admins with feedback on areas of strength and improvement. This feature evaluates more conversations and gains insights into overall sales performance trends.
Note: Automatic scorecards without an overall score will be omitted from the analytics charting.
