Managing the Across Hubs Events page


Zoom Events hosts can easily access and manage all their upcoming, drafted, and past Zoom Events from the Events page, after accessing Across Hubs. Hosts can also create events from the Across Hubs Events page. This page provides a listing of all the created events across hubs, edited by the event organizer and other hub members. The Events page is an efficient way for hub members to track and manage all their events across the Zoom Events platform.

Prerequisites for managing your host events

Note: For access to the latest Zoom Events and Webinar features, we strongly recommend hosts to update to the latest version of the Zoom desktop client/mobile application.

How to access the Across Hubs Events page in Zoom Events

  1. Sign in to Zoom Events.
  2. In the left navigation menu, click the top dropdown arrow  and select Across Hubs.
  3. In the left navigation menu, click Events.
    All your upcoming, drafted, and past events will be displayed.

Assets created by you and other hub members will appear here.

View upcoming events

  1. Access Events.
  2. Click the Upcoming tab.
    All your upcoming events will appear.

View drafts

  1. Access Events.
  2. Click the Drafts tab.
    All your drafted events will appear.

View past events

  1. Access Events.
  2. Click the Past tab.
    All your past events will appear.

How to filter events

  1. Access Events.
  2. In the top-left corner, click the All events dropdown menu.
  3. Select the filter that you want:
    • All events
    • Created by me
    • Listed on the hub
    • Set as featured

How to display or hide columns

You can select the columns and the columns' information that you want to hide or display. You can use the Columns button and select the columns you want to display by default.

  1. Access Events.
  2. Click the UpcomingDrafts, or Past tab.
  3. In the top-right corner, click the Columns button.
    A menu will display the columns you can display or hide. 
  4. To the left of each column name, select the column checkbox to enable it or deselect the column checkbox to disable it.
    When enabled, the column and its information will be displayed. When disabled, the column and its information will be hidden.
  5. (Optional) At the bottom of the column menu, click Select all to select all column checkboxes.
    All columns will be selected and will be displayed.
  6. Click Confirm.

How to manage upcoming events

In the Upcoming tab, you can do the following actions for each upcoming event:

  1. Find an upcoming event that you want to manage.
  2. To the right of the event, start your event or join your event's lobby:
    • Click Start for recurring series or recurring sessions events.
    • Click Join for single-session events.
    • Click Join Lobby for multiple sessions events.
  3. Click the pencil icon .
    This will direct you to the event creation flow, where you can edit the event.
  4. To the right of the event, click the ellipsis .
  5. Click the action that you want:

How to manage drafts

In the Drafts tab, you can do the following actions for each drafted event:

Preview drafted event

  1. Find a drafted event that you want to preview.
  2. Click Preview.
    A preview of the event details page from an attendee’s perspective will appear; you will also enter Attendee Mode.

Edit drafted event

  1. Find a drafted event that you want to manage.
  2. Click the pencil icon  to edit the event.

Additional drafted event actions

  1. Find a drafted event that you want to manage.
  2. To the right of the event, click the ellipses .
  3. Click the action that you want:

Manage past events

In the Past tab, you can do the following actions for each past event:

  1. Find a past event that you want to manage.
  2. To the right of the event, click the ellipsis .
  3. Click the action that you want:

Edit past events

  1. Find a past event that you want to manage.
  2. To the right of the event's name, click the pencil icon  to edit the event.

View past event analytics

  1. Find a past event that you want to manage.
  2. To the right of the event name, click Analytics to view the event's analytics.
    You will be directed to the Analytics Overview tab.

How to create an event from the Across Hubs Events page

Create a Zoom Event

  1. Access Events.
  2. In the top-right corner, click the Create Event button.
  3. Choose to create a multiple sessions, single-session event, or recurring sessions event.

Convert a meeting/webinar to a Zoom Event

You can convert a meeting or webinar to a single-session event.

  1. Access Events.
  2. In the top-right corner, click the Create From Meeting/Webinar button.
  3. Convert your meeting/webinar to a single-session event.
