Updating or deleting your credit card

You can update or delete a credit card from your Zoom account through the Zoom web portal. Zoom accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, and American Express.

To delete a credit card, all subscriptions associated with that payment method must be canceled or have expired, and your account must have no unpaid invoices. If you have an active subscription, you can delete the card only if another eligible payment method is available. Additionally, Zoom offers other ways to pay your invoice, including ACH, PayPal, Apple Pay, and more. If you are interested in using another form of payment, review our general guidance on changing your payment method. You can also set up a backup payment method on your account to be used in situations where charges to your primary payment method fail.
