Conducting quizzes in meetings

The quizzes feature allows you to create questions with set answers for your meetings. You will be able to launch the quiz during your meeting and gather the responses from your participants. You also have the ability to download a report on the quiz after the meeting. Quizzes can also be conducted anonymously, if you do not wish to collect participant information with the quiz results.

Full details of the quiz results, such as each participant's answers and submission times, are contained in the polling reports, which are available after the meeting by default but can also be made available during the live session.

You can also create and launch polls.

Creating polls or quizzes in a webinar is also available.

How to create a quiz for a meeting

Quiz questions can be created in advance of the meeting or during a live session. If you create or edit a quiz during a live meeting on the desktop app that is lower than the global minimum version, you will be directed to the web portal. Hosts on the desktop app with the global minimum version or higher will be able to create and edit in the Polls/Quizzes window in the meeting.

After you create a quiz, you can manage it from Zoom Surveys in the web portal.
