The CSV export displays all relevant event-level details for upcoming events, such as event date, time, host, and attendees. Sorting and filtering are supported within the CSV for easy reporting on both past and upcoming events. New or enhanced featureAllow attendees to select meeting location type during bookingHosts can configure their booking page to offer multiple location options for attendees to choose from, including Zoom Meetings, in-person meetings, or phone calls. Attendees are presented with a dropdown or radio buttons to select their preferred meeting type during the booking process. Hosts also have the option to enforce a specific location type if desired. The selected meeting type is displayed in confirmation emails and on the host's dashboard, providing better visibility into meeting logistics.Web portal

When a service is disabled, users cannot sync new accounts from that service, and any existing synced accounts will be automatically disconnected. Users are notified when their accounts are unsynced due to admin action. This allows them to track, report, and analyze the number of no-shows accurately. When an attendee does not show up for an appointment, the host can navigate to the Scheduled Events tab, look up the specific event, and click Mark No Show to signify the attendee did not attend the scheduled appointment. The admin can then navigate to the Analytics tab and download event level detail for all hosts which will include data on which events had no-shows.Web portal
