Introducing My Notes

My Notes is a new feature that replaces the previous Notes functionality with AI-powered capabilities. My Notes enables users to take manual notes while AI Companion transcribes Zoom Meetings, in-person meetings, or meetings on other platforms, then expands on and helps organize key takeaways. My Notes includes automatic voice activity detection when a potential meeting audio event is accessing the device microphone to deliver a notification to remind the user to start a new note, managed in the Zoom desktop app settings. All notes created with My Notes can be accessed in Zoom Hub and Zoom Canvas.

Note: While this feature is generally available, it may not be accessible to all users right away, as it is being rolled out gradually.
