Zoom Events offers event management with many features that you can customize, such as in-session branding, expo, and event media. Some of these features have specifications based on the file type, image size, and maximum uploads.

Note: For access to the latest Zoom Events and Webinar features, we strongly recommend hosts to update to the latest version of the Zoom desktop client/mobile application.
Image and video specifications for hubs
Hub Profile
- Hub Image: An image size of 160x160 pixels is recommended. Only a JPG/JPEG file not exceeding 2 MB can be used.
- Event Listing Logo: An image size of 300x56 pixels is recommended. Only a JPG/JPEG file not exceeding 2 MB can be used.
- Event Listing Masthead: An image size of 744x484 pixels is recommended. Only a JPG/JPEG file not exceeding 10 MB can be used.
- Hub Video: The maximum video length is 60 seconds, and the maximum video size is 50 MB, MP4 files only.
Image and video specifications for creating an event
Event Configuration
- Company Logo: The recommended image height is 56 pixels. JPG/JPEG/PNG files only, maximum image size: 15 MB.
- Main Event Image: An image size of 1920x1080 pixels is recommended. Only JPG/JPEG/PNG files not exceeding 15 MB can be used.
- Additional Video: The maximum video length is 5 minutes. The maximum video size is 150 MB, MP4 files only.
Event Branding
- Background image/video: Upload only JPEG, PNG, or MP4 files only. The maximum file size is 10 MB. The maximum video length is 60 seconds.
Sessions
Basic Info tab
- Session Image: An image size of 1920x1080 pixels is recommended. Only JPG/JPEG/PNG files not exceeding 15 MB can be used.
- Downloadable Material: PDF files are only accepted for use. The maximum size is 15 MB. You can only upload up to 5 files.
More Controls tab
- Session Video: The maximum video length is 5 minutes. The maximum video size is 150 MB, MP4 files only.
In-session Branding tab
- Webinar Wallpaper: An image size of 1920x1080 pixels is recommended. Only JPG/JPEG/PNG files not exceeding 15 MB can be used.
Resources tab
- Resource link image: The image's maximum dimensions are 800x800 pixels. Only JPG/JPEG or 24-bit PNG files not exceeding 15 MB can be used.
- Documents: The file requirements are JPG/JPEG, 24-bit PNG, PDF, and PPT. The maximum upload single file size is 15 MB.
Speakers
- Speaker’s Photo: An image size of 160x160 pixels is recommended. Only JPG/JPEG/PNG format not exceeding 15 MB can be used.

- Event Maps: Upload JPG/JPEG/PNG files only. The maximum image size is 10MB.

Video Gallery tab
- The video size limitation is 2 GB. Only mp4 format is supported with a maximum 1-hour limitation.
- Up to 30 video clips can be uploaded.
- Video Thumbnail: The recommended image dimensions are 1920x1090 pixels. Upload JPG/JPEG/PNG files only, with a maximum image size of 10MB.
Lobby Controls tab
Custom image or video to display in the lobby home masthead:
- Image: An image size of 1920x1080 pixels is recommended. Only JPG/JPEG/PNG files not exceeding 15 MB can be used.

- Booth Banner Image: The booth banner image file size cannot exceed 20 MB. The recommended size is 4000x710 pixels.
- Booth Resources Background Image: The booth resources background image cannot exceed 20 MB. The recommended image size is 3590x1334 pixels.
- Booth Video/Image Showcase Images: The recommended image dimensions are 1920x1080 pixels. JPG/JPEG/PNG files only, and the maximum image size is 15 MB.
- Booth Space: The booth space file size cannot exceed 15 MB. The recommended size is 486x247 pixels.
