Try the following solutions in order.
How to troubleshoot when you can’t join a Zoom meeting
1. Enter the meeting ID and passcode manually
If the meeting link does not work or you cannot find where to enter the meeting information, manually join the meeting from the Zoom desktop app. Note: If you don't have the meeting ID or passcode, contact the meeting host and request the correct information.
2. Try joining from a different browser
If you cannot join the meeting from your current browser, try another browser.
If Zoom reports that the meeting ID is invalid, contact the meeting host and request the correct meeting ID. Note: For recurring meetings, ask the host to confirm that the meeting ID being used is still correct, particularly if some participants can join while others receive an invalid meeting ID message.
