- Support for backstage experience for SIP/H.323 panelists in webinars
SIP/H.323 panelists joining webinars can utilize the backstage experience. They are placed in the backstage lobby upon joining, where they can see the video feed if the webinar is active, or the 'off air' UI if not. Other backstage participants are visible at the bottom. Hosts can move them from their clients into the webinar, allowing the SIP/H.323 devices are required to join as a regular panelist. This provides a more seamless backstage experience for panelists using SIP/H.323 devices.

Changes to existing features
- Improved UI for DTMF and SIP Dial Commands configuration
Administrators can now configure multiple H.323/SIP Room Connector configuration settings, such as music mode, video sharing mode and audio level, via individual toggle switches in the admin portal instead of manually entering DTMF Commands in the configuration page. In addition, if these settings had previously been enabled with manually entered DTMF Commands, the corresponding new toggle switches will be enabled automatically. - Remove participants with co-host privileges as host
Hosts joining meetings or webinars via SIP/H.323 room systems can now remove participants that have co-host privileges from the DTMF menu.

- Support for multiple simultaneous screen sharing
If the meeting host has enabled the Multiple participants can share simultaneously feature, and multiple meeting participants begin to share their screens simultaneously, SIP/H.323 room systems will always view the most recently initiated share by default. The SIP/H.323 room system may swap to a different participant's screen share from the DTMF menu. - Updated notification icon when a meeting participant is using NDI to livestream a meeting

- The meeting join announcement is no longer played when using CRC to SIP out-dial to 3rd party meeting services
The "you are in the meeting now" announcement is no longer played upon connection when Zoom Rooms or Zoom user apps use Zoom CRC to SIP out-dial to 3rd-party meeting services such as Cisco Webex, GoToMeeting InRoom Link, HP/Poly RealConnect CVI or Pexip CVI.

If the meeting host has enabled the meeting co-host feature, hosts joining meetings or webinars via SIP/H.323 room systems can grant individual participants the co-host privilege from the DTMF menu.

Users joining Zoom meetings via SIP/H.323 devices will have their video turned on by default, regardless of the meeting host's participant video settings. - Improved host assignment for CRC participants
Users joining Zoom meetings via SIP/H.323 devices through Cloud Room Connector (CRC) can be identified as hosts, co-hosts, or guests based on whether they entered the host key or used an identifier code. CRC sends this role information to the meeting, allowing the proper participant role to be assigned. If the host unexpectedly leaves, CRC participants identified as hosts or co-hosts can be automatically assigned as the new host. This ensures meetings can continue smoothly even if the original host disconnects.

Administrators can establish the default video layout for managed SIP/H.323 devices during both internal and external meetings, either at the device or account level. In addition, supplementary dial strings have been added to enable additional video layouts when connecting to a Zoom Meeting.

Hosts joining meetings or webinars via SIP/H.323 room systems can mute or request to unmute individual participants as well as remove participants from the DTMF menu.

When attempting to join a Zoom for Government (ZfG) meeting via the Commercial CRC gateway, participants will be presented with instructions on how to join via the ZfG CRC gateway instead.

Note: As of this release, the SIP Video Interop for Meetings (SVIM) feature will no longer support connecting to a Zoom meeting with the H.323 protocol. Customers that have purchased a CRC subscription will not be affected, and may still use the H.323 protocol to connect to Zoom meetings.
