Using the Hybrid Transfer service, hosts can record Hybrid meetings via the Cloud and then transfer the recordings to on-premises using local NFS drives through the Hybrid Transfer Service. Admins can configure the on-premises storage path for recording files in the Zoom Node Web portal. After a recording is completed, it is automatically moved from the cloud to the local NFS storage. This feature must be enabled by Zoom.

- Webhook for Zoom Node statistics
Customers can pull Zoom Node and module statistics into their external systems and present the data to users in their organization. The new API exposes data from the Zoom Node Dashboard, including concurrent meetings/clients per zone, number of MMRs, zone controllers, and more. The data can be ingested into external systems like Tableau, with a configurable data retention period of up to one year. Additionally, an API is available to expose "alertable" values for external monitoring systems, such as the number of online Zoom Node instances and service status. - Improved visibility into Node and module restarts
Account owners and admins can track the restart events of Nodes and modules. A Last Restart column has been added to the Zoom Node list, displaying the date and time of the last Node reboot. Additionally, a Last Restart column has been added to the list of modules, showing the date and time of the last module restart. - Enabled shutdown option
Users can now access the shutdown option, which was previously greyed out. The shutdown option is available alongside the reboot option. - Enhancements to certificate management and notifications
Account owners and admins can receive notifications in the dashboard when Digicert credentials on parameters change or there are changes in certificates. They will also be notified about AutoPKI certificate upgrades, when new certificates are installed, and if certificate renewal fails. There are also alerts for impending certificate expiration and renewal when AutoPKI is used, with different alert language for AutoPKI and Bring Your Own Certificate (BYOC). - Enhancements to network configuration settings
Account owners and admins can move the Gateway field into a separate box between the IP addresses and the DNS address. If an admin does not enter a gateway address, the system prompts them with a confirmation message: "Usually an Internet gateway address is required. Are you sure this node doesn't need a gateway?" The Gateway and DNS address are only required for the primary network interface. For subsequent network interfaces, the system only prompts for IP address fields. - Improvements to Zoom Node dashboard monitoring and alerting
Account owners and admins can configure additional alerting rules for per MMR utilization, Hybrid Meeting Zone capacity, meeting type usage, and module start/stop events. Alerting has been consolidated under Account Management for better notification options like Zoom Team Chat. Admins can customize alert email templates with variables to integrate with existing monitoring systems. The dashboard now graphically represents user counts for SFU and iMMR meetings separately, providing better visibility into meeting types.

Account owners and admins can enable access to various cloud services for private meetings, including web client join, telephony call-in/out, non-Zoom SIP device join, Q&A support, and cloud recording. External users will be notified that they are joining a private meeting.

When adding a new Node server, admins can choose their virtualization platform and download the relevant files to better align with their environmental requirements. - Web-based GUI for initial setup

Zones can now be disabled without deleting, allowing for work on certain zones or Zone Controllers, Multimedia Routers (MMR), or Recording Connectors (RC) associated with that specific zone. - Support for sharing Zone Controllers across sub-accounts
Zone Controllers and their associated Zones and MMRs can be shared from a main account with a sub-account. In addition, if a sub-account has other sub-accounts associated with it, the Zone Controllers can also be shared with that account.

Zoom Node now supports Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) for monitoring with Node servers utilizing Zoom Meetings Hybrid, Meeting Connector, and Recording Connector modules. Once enabled in the Settings tab of Zoom Node, admins can create SNMP credentials to be utilized for network-level monitoring.
